That was my story too.

For years, I tried to outrun anxiety — working harder, pushing further, trying to fix it. But the more I fought it, the stronger it became.

When anxiety takes over

And often, it shows up strongest when you’re stepping into the unknown.

The shift

Everything changed when I stopped trying to escape anxiety — and started understanding it.
